Clip-Boy — Pre-order Terms & Conditions

In short: you're charged in full today; we build after pre-orders close and ship on or about mid-December 2026; full refund on request any time before pre-orders close.

1. Pre-order & payment

This is a pre-order. Your card is charged in full at checkout. Units are built after pre-orders close and shipped on or about the estimated delivery date shown at checkout. Dates are estimates and may shift; we'll email you if the timeline changes materially.

2. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel for a full refund any time before pre-orders close. Once pre-orders close and production begins, orders can no longer be cancelled by you. If your badge arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.

Our right to cancel: This is a pre-order for a product we manufacture after orders close, using materials we source (including from overseas suppliers). We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order — in whole or in part — and issue a full refund of what you paid, at any time and for any reason, including if material, tariff, shipping, or manufacturing costs rise such that we can no longer produce or fulfill the order as offered. In that event, a full refund is your sole and exclusive remedy, and we have no further liability.

3. Shipping

Shipping is $15 (1–3 badges) or $20 (4–5) to U.S. addresses; $25 (1–3) or $35 (4–5) internationally. For more than 5 badges, contact us. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

4. Taxes & duties

Sales tax is applied to Texas shipping addresses only. For international orders, any import taxes, VAT, customs fees, or duties are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping.

5. Product & acceptable use

Clip-Boy is sold for lawful security research and education only. It ships in a passive, listen-only mode; optional research builds with additional capabilities can be loaded by the user and are for authorized testing only. Provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws — including computer-misuse, wiretap/interception, and radio-frequency/spectrum rules — wherever you use it. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian's permission.

6. Export

We ship hardware only and do not ship to OFAC-embargoed destinations or parties. International orders may be subject to a compliance screen before shipment.

7. Seller
